I absolutely love this place. I come here often and the food is always great! Service is amazing as always and I the environment feels cozy!

The parking is not so great but honestly the best burrito I've eaten. I ordered the factory burrito which was as thick as a forearm! It had beans, carnitas (you can choose the meat type), sour cream, and rice, I told them to not put salsa fresca or guacamole in my burrito because I am allergic to guacamole and I am particular about the salsa I eat. The service was great! There is moderate amount of seating available in the restaurant.

So I haven't been here in a long while. My husband wanted a burger a couple of doors down so I decided to get a couple of tacos. I ordered a Super Shrimp Taco and a Super Carne Asada Taco. They were both extremely tasty. The only negative was the Shrimp only had 2 pieces of Shrimp and I had requested no cheese on both and received cheese on both. Melted cheese is not easy to take out of taco. So even with the little hiccups I would definitely return. BUT... I didn't deduct the one star for the tacos I deducted that for the cashier. This was on Sunday Sept 1 in the early evening. First she didn't even smile or greet me when I walked up to the counter...just a look like she was hoping no one would walk in the door. Like I said I hadn't been here in a long time so I didn't know the menu. I asked her what was the difference between a Super Taco and a Regular Taco. Her answer was "Crispy"...and I said "Excuse me?" She just said"Crispy" so I asked which one was Crispy...she gave me a freaking eye roll and said "Super". Seriously?? If I felt like eating a burger I would have been out that door. But I wanted a taco! After ordering I went to the burger place and went back to in to pick up my tacos. I walked in and she just looked at me...didn't say a word. So I just stood there waiting. I could see the guys in back were probably working on my order. After it was done an extremely nice young man brought my order to me. Because of his great service and the great tacos I will be back. I don't know why they have her up front. Maybe she is related to the Manager...because if I was the manager I would not want that sad looking face as the first person people see.

Last time I was here I didn't like it and gave two stars. It has been a long time since I came back. My son has been going to this place past couple of weeks and likes their burritos. So I gave it another try again. This time burrito was decent. We all had a steak Factory burrito. Filled with plenty of filling of all kinds including rice, beans, steak, guacamole and sour cream as I can see or taste. I'm sure there was more like tomatoes. It was fairly good this time so upgraded them to 3.5 stars- not quite 4 stars, but one of the better ones I have tried lately in this area.

This review is long overdue! I've been scooping delicious tacos and burritos for years @ this establishment. This round I picked their legendary Super Tacos, they never disappoint. These tacos that use 2 crunchy shells to house all the deliciousness. The service is quick and precise, it's a good idea to order ahead for pickup by phone. I can't speak on the ambiance of this place as I always order pickup. Will be back again soon!

Stopped in because the sign said best tacos in the Bay Area. We ordered the factory taco and super factory. The difference was the super factory had two crispy tortillas with cheese. I opted without beans. They also offered chips and salsa for eating in. The red and orange salsas are pretty dang hot so beware. Carne asada super taco was pretty good but I thought the meat was cold. Also ordered the factory taco with Al pastor and this tasted better and was more flavorful. We would come back again to try the rest of their menu.
